Repeated refusal to accept COD orders, providing incorrect delivery details or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may affect eligibility for COD on future orders.

13. NO-RETURN AND EXCHANGE-ONLY POLICY

Ethnicsonly follows a No Return – Exchange Only model for eligible customer-initiated requests.

Ordinary returns and refunds based solely on change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference, colour preference or similar reasons are not accepted.

Eligible exchanges are subject to our Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In general:

  • Exchange requests must be made within the stated exchange period.

  • Products must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

  • Products must not have been altered, tailored, stitched or modified.

  • Original product/brand tags must remain attached.

  • Products must be returned in the required original condition and packaging.

  • Customer-initiated exchange shipping charges are payable by the customer.

  • Applicable exchange shipping charges must be paid before the exchange process/pickup is initiated.

  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

  • The exchange process may take up to approximately 10 days depending on stock availability and logistics.

Customers should read the complete No Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

14. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, WRONG OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Wrongly supplied;

  • Spurious;

  • Materially different from the product advertised or ordered; or

Where the issue is attributable to Ethnicsonly, the customer will not ordinarily be required to bear the applicable return/replacement shipping cost.

15. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellation requests may be considered before an order has entered the dispatch process, subject to the applicable cancellation procedure.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any cancellation and refund will be handled according to our applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.

16. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
